• Pazzaglia Law Firm was established in Rome in 1946 by Prof. Ludovico Pazzaglia, former Professor of Insolvency Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and same  at LUISS of Rome, with the aim of offering, to its selected customers, the highest quality standards, particularly in commercial and corporate law, and representing clients in the civil courts,.
• In the years 1960 - 1980 the Firm has continued to expand, finally consolidating its leading position in the area of insolvency law.
• Subsequently PLF, also thanks to new workflows, was able to make a stimulating meeting between the traditional approach of legal wisdom of its founder and the continuing challenges presented by the changing scenario of technology.
• The work is now continued by his son Alessandro Pazzaglia, born in 1960, graduated in Law with honours in 1982 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" , admitted to the Bar of  Rome in 1985 and then to  the Roll of the Supreme Court in 1998, former assistant of Commercial Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", Faculty of Economics and Commerce.H. Professor of Law at Southampton University and Especialista en DerechoConcursal a la Universidad de Valencia (SP).
• Alessandro Pazzaglia, is a foundingmemberin 1987 and Secretary of ANSWER - Italian Association of Sponsorship ,a former partnerin 1989 of LES - LicensingExecutive Society, and a member of the TMA - Turnaround Management Association – Italy.
• He also speaks and writes in English, French and Spanish.
• Currently, PLF has got a considerablesuccessthanks to itsdynamic team. Moreover, the Firmisalso active in the area of IP law, tradeand corporatelaw, insolvencylaw, civil rights& obligations and in litigation&arbitration.
