Ms. Praveena Gautam is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of India, who has over twenty four years of experience and she specializes in several practice areas including Projects, Project Finance with special focus on public private partnership. Graduate from one of the top law schools/university in India. She has vast experience in Supreme Court of India and in Delhi High Court.

She has had work on the matter relating to the Government of India on the various transactions undertaken by the Government of India in public sector undertakings. The scope of work included advising the Government on the structures and sensitivities surrounding a privatization transaction, drafting of the transaction documents and negotiation with the Bidders, due diligence and drafting of the RFP.

She has experience in providing consultancy and litigation services (including mediation and arbitration) to entities engaged in the field of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs), Telecommunications, Power Transmission, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals and Infrastructure Projects. She had supervised market investigations, surveys and surveillance in coordination with private and Government enforcement agencies for conducting search and seizure operations in respect of spurious products.
