Solegal is a Paris-based independent law boutique, launched in 2015 by two experienced lawyers, which offers M&A and tax expertise for clients that need to move away from rigid large-firm processes.
The firm assists SMEs, mid-cap companies and family-owned businesses in the implementation of strategic projects, external growth transactions, fund raising and restructuring. We also advise high net worth individuals such as entrepreneurs, investors or sports professionals.
Our expertise in M&A and private equity includes advice and litigation for a global approach. Solegal is also in capacity to handle a large scope of tax issues for corporations and individuals. Among the various sectors covered, we tend to focus on B2B services, digital, technology, sportech and sponsorship.
